The captain of the national junior team of Mali (U17), Mohamed Camara has signed a four-year contract with Red Salzburg. The young defensive midfielder “Kélétékèrè” was officially introduced last weekend by the reigning Austrian champions, with whom he is now tied until 2022.

In Salzburg, Mohamed Camara will find a strong Malian colony composed of six players: Diadié Samassékou, Amadou Haïdara (formerly Real), Sékou Koïta, Mambi Koïta (former USC Kita) and Ousmane Diakité (former Olympic Yeelen). Immediately after his signing, the young Malian was loaned to FC Liefering, whom he joined at the training camp in Valencia (Spain). Salzburg’s sports director Christoph Freund praises the former Aiglonnets captain. “With Mohamed Camara, we brought at FC Red Bull Salzburg a new talented player.
