CABB striker Arreridj Mehdi Derouache has signed a two-season contract with JS Saoura, becoming the first summer recruit of the resident of Algerian Football League 1, announced the flagship club of Bechar on Sunday on his official Facebook page.
Derouache (25), trained for 11 years at the JMG Paradou AC Academy, had also played in the NA Husseïn-Dey during the 2017-2018 season, before joining the CABBA. The versatile player can play as a right or left winger, or even as an attacking midfielder.
JS Saoura, ended the 2019-2020 season, permanently suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19), in 7th place in the final classification, established by the Professional Football League (LFP), on the basis of the performance index rule for points collected and matches played, decided by the Algerian Federation (FAF).
For his part, the new recruit said he was “very happy” to join the JS Saoura team which “is a great club whose leaders, at their head Mohamed Zerouati, are still seeking to make it a stable group, in more of having a great trainer in the person of Meziane Ighil ”.
“I intend to bring something more to this team, and we will play the big roles, as JS Saoura does in the league1 championship,” said Mahdi Derouche at the end of the signing ceremony for his contract.
