JMG ACADEMY has been in existence since 1993 with the creation of its first Academy in the Ivory Coast (1993 to 2001), and is renowned worldwide for its success in producing a crop of internationally-known players such as:
EBOUE, BOKA, TIENE, ROMARIC, YAYA TOURE, KOLO TOURE, ZOKORA, ARUNA DINDANE, KALOU, GERVINHO, BAKY KONE, etc.
We operate in several countries:
– IVORY COAST, MALI, ALGERIA, EGYPT, GHANA, VIETNAM (2 Academies), BELGIUM, MADAGASCAR and THAILAND.
Some of our young players are now ready to leave our Academies following their successful completion of a training program of between 7 and 10 years. Indeed, we recruit promising youngsters of between the ages of 11 and 12 (weighing under 34 kgs for those from countries in Sub-Saharan Africa to prevent “age fraud”, an issue rampant in those countries) and take them in hand totally free of charge (training, education, schooling, upkeep, food, accommodation, medical care, travel etc..). Consequently, our only income is derived from the transfer of these players further down the line, which in effect strongly motivates our quest for maximum performance and success. Our Mali Academy is somewhat special to us since it is financed directly by JMG ACADEMY, i.e. without any third-party financial backing. This is the best method for us to achieve sound sporting and financial results as it allows us to fully control the process of recruitment, training and promotion ourselves. Below is a list of the players successfully transferred from our Academies during the previous 2 years (recruited between 2007 and 2009):

For those players who are not yet transferred or on loan, we have agreements in place with the financial partners of some of our other Academies. Therefore, the team squads below are comprised of 50% of young players from our Academies:
– PARADOU AC : Division 1 Algeria : first place 0f 2nd Division in 2016-2017
– REAL BAMAKO : Division 1 Mali
– HAGL : Division 1 Vietnam
– LIERSE SK : Division 2 Belgium
The last phase of our professional involvement is the promotion and transfer of the players to local clubs in the country of the Academy where their training took place. This process has enabled us to foster many valuable contacts worldwide and, particularly, in Europe. However, we are now looking to develop new privileged relations with a few clubs in various other countries to give us new, enhanced ways of facilitating the integration of the players and consequently likely enhancing and optimizing both the transfer process and the success of the players. It is with this in mind that I am making this initial contact with you. Would your club be interested in having access to this pool of talented players, in having some form of exclusivity enabling you to follow their progress from their very early beginnings, and then in launching them as talented players ? Terms of any cooperation would be discussed on a case-by-case basis and could take the form of various provisions (loans with interest on transfers, direct transfers, bonus implementations, percentage on following transfers etc…).
