The Racing Genk will not let go. The Limburgers have the intention to recruit the young talented player of Lierse, Manuel Benson. The club would have even increased its offer.
Friday, the Racing Genk decided not to lift the option to buy Jean-Paul Boëtius. But the club had an idea up their sleeves. By saving these 2.5 million, the club would be able to increase its offer for Manuel Benson (20 years).
Het Laatste Nieuws reveals that the Limburgers have made an original offer worth 1 million euros to the Lierse but they would now have upraise their offer by proposing 1.4 million. Dijon is also interested in the young Belgian but Genk seems to hold the deal.
