During the 16th day of the Tunisian championship played on Sunday in Hammam-Sousse, the two Algerian players of ES Sahel Redouane Zerdoum and Tayeb Meziani offered victory to their club by scoring the two goals of the match in front of AS Soliman ( 2-0).
Zerdoum scored the 1st goal in the 45th minute, before Meziani doubled the end of the match (90th + 3). With this victory Sahel recovers the 2nd place with 30 points for 15 matches, ES Tunis occupies the 1st place with 37 pts for 14 matches. The academician of JMG Paradou Tayeb Meziani, joined the Sahelian club last February from ES Tunis. Meziani has been without a club since his contract with Tunisia’s other side ES Tunis was terminated last summer. In early February 2021, the Etoile Sportive du Sahel steering committee had reached an agreement and Tayeb Meziani (24) and signed an 18-month agreement.
